I was incredibly lucky as a kid to be able to spend whole summers at a time in the foothills behind Marbella. Given my childhood was now decades ago, the area had not yet been infiltrated by high heeled orange people, though it was already known as a millionaire's playground. Indeed, the golf course on which our abode was situated was also home to Sean Connery. I have returned every year since my first summer trip there and, despite the obvious changes it has seen, I still love the place. An odd thing happened yesterday whilst I was working from home, the sun came out for the first time since before Christmas. I had forgotten what it looked and felt like! Bearing that in mind, I fished out my trusty, and at that point dusty, Canon DSLR, put the lead on my dog and set off for a walk into the farmland behind my house.
